The Company

Spectrum is a leading recruitment agency providing the Infrastructure and construction sectors with permanent, contract and temporary staff at all levels.

Our management team has over 50 years’ experience across our sectors and through this experience we really understand what our candidates and clients value in a resource and recruitment provider.

Working with a number of the UK’s key infrastructure and construction clients we believe we can provide great opportunities for candidates and fantastic tailored solutions to our clients.

Our Team

As  a female managed business we believe we have a unique perspective on our industry. To enable delivery our business philosophy we have developed a team that is a an excellent mix of experience  and skills, but most of all exhibits the right behaviours.

In addition to our experienced team we are investing in an apprenticeship programme and have our second person in training.  This is a long term strategy for us to grow our team, and train and develop industry professionals,  equipping them with all the skills they need and encourage the right motivations and attitude to add value to our industry.
